Policies
Our reading will end naturally. You will never be cut off or feel rushed. We will end when you and your guide feel your reading is finished, as long as everything remains within reason. There is no extra fee for staying 10-15 minutes after an end time. Readings are approximately an hour, but may end a little before or a little after. That's okay. Only hourly sessions are offered for in person readings at this time.
You must be 18 years old or older to get a reading
Please wait 6-12 months between reading sessions
6 months is the minimum, but should not be every 6 months. Please give time for change.
Feeling Unwell?
Please reschedule your appointment if you start to feel unwell , or know you have something that is contagious. Please wait a week after symptoms subside to rebook. Thank you for understanding.
Payment
Payment is made by Etransfer to Sarahsmediumreadings 48 hours prior to the reading to secure your spot.
Cancellation Policy
All cancelations must be made by 11am. You will get a full refund or can choose to schedule.
No show - will forfeit their payment. ( No show is defined as not attending your reading or giving notice by that morning -11am.)
Exceptions apply at my discretion.
Please plan accordingly to be on time, to ensure you get the most out of your session. I will be sure to do my part, by being available, and honoring our appointment together. Your time is very valuable, as is mine.
In the event of bad weather- like a blizzard, we will re schedule. I don't want anyone to be on the roads in unsafe conditions. Email , call or text if you feel you cannot make it due to weather.
In the event I have to cancel, I will let you know through email asap (if sick or an emergency occurs). We will reschedule your reading to be as soon as possible.
